Warning: the app is showing different flight schedule / times for a booked flight in different spot in the app. On the home page of the app my flight leaves at 13:10, when selecting my flight for more details is says departure 12:10. I need to call Tui now to understand which schedule is the correct one. Not only is the app fairly useless, it's actually contra productive as it confuses more than anything else. 🤷🏻
What can I say? The only thing that I liked was that the flight was on time. The cabin crew weren't very friendly except for when I entered and left the plane. I know they have to wear masks, but I can tell when someone smiles from their eyes! Even though I paid extra to have more leg space, the seats were VERY uncomfortable! I put a pillow on my seat as the seat itself didn't give any support. It was like hell to have to sit cramped up for so long. And the food? Well, I can't say it was nice...

impossible to check-in : I always have a 504 error (gateway timeout) so I can't get my ticket... big fail !!!!
Tui forces you tou use the app to know time and place of hotel pickup. Need to login every time you open the app (never heard of persistent login?) and when you try to login 99 times out of 100 it says you're offline (when you're not)
Verschrikkelijk slechte app. Zoveel info dat niet opgehaald kan worden. Precies ontwikkeld door studenten die nog nooit geprogrammeerd hebben. Wss door hetzelfde bedrijf dat de website gebouwd heeft. Uw eigen vakantie ophalen werkt zo goed als nooit.
